On 29 August 2011, Qianlong Technology International Holdings Limited (“Qianlong”) successfully transferred the listing of its shares from the Growth Enterprise Market (“GEM”) (Stock code: 8015) to the Main Board (Stock code: 1236) of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“HKEx”). Our firm acted as the Hong Kong legal advisers for Guotai Junan Capital Limited, the financial advisers to Qianlong.

Qianlong is principally engaged in the research, development and distribution of computer software, and the provision of related maintenance, usage and information services in the PRC. Qianlong has been listed on GEM of HKEx since 17 December 1999.
