China XLX Fertiliser Ltd. (“China XLX”) (Stock Code: 1866), a main coal-based urea and compound fertiliser producer in the PRC, listed successfully on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “SEHK”) on 8 December 2009 by way of introduction.  Upon commencement of its listing on the SEHK, the shares of China XLX will have a dual listing on the Singapore Exchange Limited and the SEHK.  We acted as legal adviser to China XLX on the Hong Kong law aspects of its listing.
