The trading in H-shares of Luoyang Glass Company Limited (“Luoyang Glass”) (Stock Code: 1108) was resumed on 31 July 2009. Our firm, as the legal adviser of Luoyang Glass, has advised Luoyang Glass in its corporate and management restructuring and assisted Luoyang Glass in fulfilling the resumption conditions imposed by the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited including but not limited to attending the relevant disciplinary hearings, improving the corporate governance and internal control procedures of Luoyang Glass and reviewing its internal reporting systems and manuals. Trainings in respect of the Listing Rules and Hong Kong laws have also been provided to the directors and management of Luoyang Glass.
