Category: Our News 2009.06.16

To support the “Mediation First” campaign initiated by the HKSAR regarding commercial disputes, the Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association (the “HKCEA”) established the Commercial Affairs Mediation Committee (the “Committee”) on 16 June, 2009. The Committee will follow the principals of voluntariness, independency, objectivity, fairness, justice and confidentiality in resolving commercial disputes involving Chinese enterprises of Hong Kong through harmonious, speedy, effective and low cost mediation. Our senior partner Mr. Robin Li was invited by the HKCEA to become one of the mediators of the Committee.

Currently, the HKCEA has nearly 1,000 corporate members, including a significant number of large scale state-owned or state-holding enterprises, municipal enterprises and private enterprises of financing, insurance, investment, manufacturing, real estate and other industries.
