Luoyang Glass Company Limited (Stock Code: 1108) entered into a number of continuing connected transactions with its controlling shareholder, China Luoyang Float Glass (Group) Company Limited and its subsidiaries in April 2009 in respect of purchases of raw material and energy, provision of various services, supply of products as well as provision of entrusted loans and guarantees.
