Mr. Li Weibin, our senior partner, passed the New York State Bar Examination in February 2006 and was admitted as the Attorney-at-Law, New York, USA in October 2006. Mr. Li, after being the first PRC lawyer admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong, overcame another hurdle and is currently the only lawyer who is qualified to practise law in the PRC, Hong Kong, England and Wales and New York, the USA.
