CUPSL Alumni (HK) Association was officially established on 12th September 2006. Mr. Li Weibin, our senior partner, was appointed as its president. Mrs. Rita Fan, the President of Hong Kong Legislative Council, Ms. Elsie Leung, Deputy Director for the Hong Kong Basic Law and Committee for the Macao Basic Law, Mr. Li Gui Kang, Deputy Director (Vice-Minister) of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong SAR, Mr. Xu Xian Ming, the President of the Chinese University of Political Science and Law, Ms. Gao Huan Yue, the Vice President of the Chinese University of Political Science and Law, Professor Jie Zhan Yuan, previously appointed as the Vice President of the Chinese University of Political Science and Law, and Professor Jiang Ping, the tenured professor of the Chinese University of Political Science and Law, all attended the inauguration ceremony. Mrs. Rita Fan and Ms. Elsie Leung were appointed as Honourary Presidents.
