On 12 December 2021, our Senior Partner Mr. Robin Li once again swam in the ‘New World Harbour Race’ which had been suspended in the last two years due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. This was the ninth time in which Mr. Li participated in the cross harbour race. On this occasion, there were 1,200 swimmers who enthusiastically participated in the race.

The cross harbour race commenced at 8:15am. The race course measured approximately 1 km. Swimmers took the plunge and embarked on a new route, starting at Wan Chai Golden Bauhinia Square Public Pier and finishing at the Avenue of Stars in Tsim Sha Tsui. The weather was generally fine but the water temperature was relatively low. There were comparably more swimmers that failed to complete the race. With perseverance and determination, Mr. Li successfully completed the race.
