Stephanie specializes in health and safety and construction litigation and arbitration.
Stephanie’s primary focus is towards construction litigation and arbitration, in addition she has experience drafting and advising on construction contracts, consultancy agreements and supply contracts relating to construction projects.
Over the years, Stephanie has specialized in health, safety and environment and has been acting for contractors in numerous industrial summons cases.
Stephanie was a Court Prosecutor of the Department of Justice of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region before she qualified as a solicitor.

Experience:

● Acting for various contractors to defend industrial summonses laid by the Hong Kong Labour Department

● Drafting and advising on construction contracts for developers and contractors involved in hotel and casino developments in Macau
● Drafting and advising on construction contracts for an infrastructure project in Africa
● Representing a developer against its fitting-out contractor in a Hong Kong High Court and Court of Appeal proceedings in connection with the fitting-out works and addition and alteration works in a residential development in Hong Kong
● Advising the Hong Kong Government in relation to various arbitration proceedings against its contractor
● Representing a main contractor in 7 arbitration proceedings against its sub-contractor in connection with a number of school improvement projects in Hong Kong
● Representing a joint venture consisting of a UAE company and a Lebanese company to enforce an arbitral award (Dubai International Arbitration Centre - DIAC Rules and Laws of UAE) against a Hong Kong company in Hong Kong
● Representing a joint venture in an ICC arbitration in Singapore against its main contractor in respect of the construction of an integrated refinery and petrochemical complex
