Dominate Group Holdings Company Limited (“Dominate Group”) (Stock Code: 8537) was successfully listed on the GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 27 March 2019.

Dominate Group is a vertically integrated wholesale and retail jeweler. Its principal products are jewellery products, including gem-set jewellery products and pure gold products such as earrings, rings, pendants, necklaces, bracelets.

In this project, we acted as the legal advisers to Dominate Group with respect to Hong Kong laws. Li & Partners (Shenzhen) acted as the legal advisers to Dominate Group with respect to PRC laws.
