Creative Enterprise Holdings Limited (“Creative Enterprise”) (Stock Code: 3992) was successfully listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 11 December 2018.

Creative Enterprise provides property management services to residential properties in Hong Kong, public housing in Hong Kong and public rental housing in Hong Kong. Creative Enterprise is the largest management service provider in the public housing and the public rental housing management services market in Hong Kong, and the third largest management service provider in the residential property management services market in Hong Kong.

In this project, we acted as the legal advisers to Creative Enterprise with respect to Hong Kong laws.
