Shenglong Splendecor International Limited (“Shenglong Splendecor”) (Stock Code: 8481) was successfully listed on the GEM Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 17 July 2017.

Shenglong Splendecor engages in the manufacture and sales of decorative printing materials products. It sells its products to over 30 countries and its principal markets included Pakistan, the PRC, India and other overseas markets.

In this project, we acted as the legal advisers to the Sole Sponsor and the Underwriters with respect to Hong Kong laws.
