Lisi Group (Holdings) Limited (“Lisi”) (stock code:00526) has successfully completed the very substantial acquisition and connected transaction on 30 August 2013 which valued at HK$893 million. In this transaction, we acted as Lisi’s Hong Kong legal advisors.
