Fufeng Group Limited (stock code: 00546) (“Fufeng Group”) has successfully completed its one-for-five rights issue at HK$1.8 per rights share on 30 April 2013 and raised approximately US$80 million before expenses (equivalent to HK$627 million).  In this rights issue, we are the Hong Kong legal advisors to Fufeng Group.
