TTG Mobile Coupon Services Limited (“TTG”) (ASX Code: TUP) was successfully listed on the Australia Stock Exchange on 27 November 2012.

TTG Mobile Coupon Services Limited, a Hong Kong incorporated entity which in conjunction with its wholly-owned subsidiary established in Shenzhen, is principally engaged in software and technology development in the mainland China. TTG pioneered in the mainland China by developing an open Application Programming Interface (API) and the Electronic Financial Authentication (digital verification) portals. TTG had successfully offered 4,000,000 CHESS Depositary Interests at A$0.60 per CHESS Depositary Interest to raise A$2,400,000.
