China Tianrui Group Cement Company Limited (“China Tianrui”) (Stock Code: 1252) was successfully listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 23 December 2011.

China Tianrui ranks 10th among all the cement producers in the PRC. China Tianrui is the only non-state-owned enterprise designated by the MIIT as one of the five leading cement companies which the PRC government supports in undertaking cement industry-specific mergers and consolidation activities in the central China region. In this listing, we acted as the legal adviser to China Tianrui with respect to Hong Kong law.
