The HKSAR Government Gazette is an official publication of the Hong Kong Government's announcements, notices and legislation. The Gazette is divided into seven parts, including government announcements, news or revised announcements, legal regulations, bills, licensee lists, executive orders, state-of-the-art orders, international agreements, and public notices. All Ordinances and subsidiary legislation in Hong Kong must be published in the Gazette before taking effect.
