On 18th June 2008, Shandong Chenming Paper Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 1812) was successfully listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Prior to its Hong Kong listing, the company’s A-shares and B-shares were already listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, after the successful listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, it is the only company with listed A-shares, B-shares and H-shares in issue. Our senior partner, Mr. Li Weibin who assisted the company in issuing B-shares 11 years ago is honored to lead our team to act as its Hong Kong legal adviser for the issue of H-shares. In the first half year of 2008, we have assisted 3 companies to successful list on the Main Board among the 20 companies to have been listed on the Main Board in 2008 to date.
