The first “International PIPEs Conference 2008” in Asia was held between April 8 and April 10, 2008 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Hong Kong. During the conference, hundreds of prominent institutional investors, investment bankers, private equity and venture capital investors, and international attorneys from all over the world held in-depth discussions about overseas listing of PRC enterprises, FTO and APO, etc. Our partner, Mr. Terence Chiu was invited to attend the conference and serve as panelist of the session “PIPEs, APOs & Beyond: International Corporate Finance Ideas & Alternatives for the Asia-based Company”.
