On 24th January 2008, Xinjiang Tianye Water Saving Irrigation System Company Limited (Stock Code:840) was successfully listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The Company was the first company to be successfully list on the Main Board in 2008. As the Company’s Hong Kong legal adviser, we fully participated and assisted the Company in its listing on the Main Board.
