The Central Organization Department, State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs and the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in HKSAR, has co-organised 100 classes of “Operation Management Research Class for Leading Cadres” since 1980s. Mr. Li Weibin has been giving lectures on the legal aspect of this series of classes since the first class and attended the celebration dinner party for the running of the 100th class on 22 June 2007.
