Li & Partners has advised Anji Qicai Lingfeng Rural Tourism Investment Co., Ltd ("Anji Qicai") on its inaugural US$100 million Regulation S international bond issue, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock code: 40627).

Anji Qicai is the primary entity for tourist resort development and infrastructure construction in Zhejiang province, engaging in the provision of tourism related services, as well as sales of agricultural products and construction of infrastructure development projects, including but not limited to greening projects, water conservancy projects, land consolidation and landscaping project construction.

The Joint Global Coordinators, Joint Lead Managers and Joint Bookrunners were Alpha International Securities and Haitong International. Joint Lead Managers and Joint Bookrunners were CEB International, CMBC Capital, Dongxing Securities (Hong Kong) and Everbright Securities International.
