Mr. Lee is an experienced litigator with substantial experience in commercial litigation, civil litigation, criminal litigation, insolvency and bankruptcy matters, probate application and litigation and matrimonial cases.

Mr. Lee has handled a number of civil and criminal appeals, including Court of Final Appeal cases. He has advised clients on many SFC, ICAC and police investigations.

Mr. Lee’s practice focuses on regulatory matters, SFC investigations and white collar crimes.

Mr. Lee has advised many banks on fraud and deception matters. He has assisted many clients in making reports to the enforcement authorities and making applications for injunctions against fraudsters. Mr. Lee has successfully defended clients in many SFC, ICAC and criminal cases.
