Profile

Mr. Yeung has 25 years of post-qualified legal experience with particular emphasis on areas of construction arbitration, alternative dispute resolution services and international trade. He acted for parties in arbitrations for Hong Kong airport and railway related projects and Macau hotels, and recently in establishing an adjudication mechanism for Hong Kong security of payment legislation and preparing standard construction contract documentation for the public sector.
